The Bexley District Nursing Twilight Service is an extension of the Bexley Day District Service. It operates between 5pm and 11pm.
The District Nursing Service provides planned and unplanned care for adults aged 18 and over who cannot leave the home. Care is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We aim to help you live as independently as possible and work together with you, your family, carers and other health and social care professionals. We always treat you as an individual and create a care plan that meets your needs.
To access this service, you must be registered with a GP in the borough of Bexley.

Monday to Sunday, 8am to 11pm
Night service, 11pm to 8am - your call will be diverted to the Bracton Centre reception. They will take your details and contact the District Nursing Twilight Service. A twilight nurse will then call you back to assess and organise a visit if required.
