Children's Nutrition and Dietetics Service works to help and support children with a range of feeding and nutrition problems. We also provide support to those children’s families.
We aim to use our knowledge of food and nutrition to promote health and give advice on how to prevent nutrition problems. We encourage good health by helping you to make a positive change in food choices for your child.
We accept referrals for the following:

We also run clinics at Charlton Park Academy and Willow Dene Special Schools for students attending these schools.
In some special circumstances such as tube feeding, we may also be able to offer home visits.
You can be referred to this service by any professional working with the child and family. This includes, but is not limited to, doctors, nurses, social workers and teachers.
Children aged 4 to 17 years should first be referred to Xplore. You can contact Xplore organisers at 0208 317 5010 (select Option 5) or xplore.greenwich@gll.org.
Referrals to the Children's Nutrition and Dietetics Service can be emailed to oxl-tr.childrenstherapies@nhs.net. Alternatively, call 0208 836 8621 and select Option 2, followed by Option 2. Available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The link to the referral form is provided below.
