More great out of hospital care
Our fantastic pharmacy team provide an essential service, supporting our community mental health teams in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich, are helping patients avoid the need for a hospital stay and in their own homes.
The team also provide a vital service direct to patients, answering any questions, advising them on the best medications for them, explaining any side effects and sharing the importance of taking medications regularly.
We met with the lovely Paul and Bimpe in the community pharmacy team recently, to find out more about what they do and how they find working for us.
